I Built This. You Can Too.

Everything about how SprintingForLife.com was built — from a guy who didn't know how to register a domain eight weeks before launch. The 1-pager. The full build guide. Free, no strings.

In early 2026, I decided this information needed to exist. There was no good resource for men over 50 who wanted to sprint — science-backed, honest, no supplements to sell. So I built one. I had no web development experience. I couldn't code. I had no idea how any of it worked technically.

Eight weeks later, SprintingForLife.com was live. Community-submitted sprint locations across the country. Reader story submissions. A Google Maps integration. A science library with 13 peer-reviewed studies, each with its own article page. Professional email, analytics, a newsletter platform, and a merchandise channel.

Claude/Cowork wrote every line of code. I made every decision. That's the whole model — and it works. Below is everything you need to do the same thing.
